Privacy Policy

Effective September 1, 2026

Introduction

Southwest Vending Sales & Leasing Inc ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site. Southwest Vending Sales & Leasing Inc provides micro market, vending, and office coffee services to businesses. Our Site is an informational and marketing website. We do not sell products or process consumer payments through the Site.

Information We Collect

We collect three kinds of information through the Site.

Information you provide. We collect information you submit directly, such as when you complete a contact or request-information form, subscribe to updates, or apply for a job. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any information you include in your message or application.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, general location, browser and device type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and the date, time, and duration of your visit.

Information from cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section below.

We do not knowingly collect biometric identifiers (as defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act) or consumer health data (as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act) through the Site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide requested information about our services, and to send you marketing communications, newsletters, and service updates where permitted.

We also use it to operate, maintain, and improve the Site and understand how visitors use it, to evaluate job applications and manage recruiting, to detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or misuse, and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use first-party and third-party cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. First-party cookies are generally necessary for the Site to function and to remember your preferences. Third-party cookies support analytics and advertising.

Optional technologies currently configured for this site may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, ZoomInfo WebSights, OpenAI Ads conversion measurement. ZoomInfo WebSights, which identifies the businesses visiting this site, loads only if you accept marketing cookies. When you submit a form, our server shares advertising conversion data with OpenAI, with contact details hashed first, unless you opt out of marketing cookies or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. CallRail number measurement may also be enabled or assigned a different script on an individual campaign page; when configured, it remains subject to the marketing-consent choice.

Most browsers accept cookies by default but let you block or delete them through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site functions. To learn more about cookies, visit allaboutcookies.org.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described here.

Service providers. We share information with companies that perform functions on our behalf, for example website hosting, form processing, email delivery, analytics, and advertising, under agreements that limit their use of the information.

Advertising and analytics partners. Some of these partners receive online identifiers and activity data through cookies and pixels, as described above.

Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, respond to legal process, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of others.

Business transfers. We may share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Our use of third-party advertising and analytics cookies may be considered "sharing," a "sale," or "targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws, even though no money changes hands. You can opt out as described in the Your Privacy Rights section below.

Job Applicants

If you apply for a position through the Site, we collect the information in your application and resume and use it to evaluate your candidacy and manage our hiring process. We may retain applicant information for a reasonable period, or longer where required by law.

How We Protect and Retain Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. Information submitted through the Site is transmitted using encryption; you can confirm this by the "https" and lock icon in your browser's address bar. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and longer where required by law.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common standard for DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. Where required by law, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information from that browser.

You may have the right to know and access the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories and specific pieces, the sources, the purposes, and the third parties with whom we share it.
